At PTC Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and limited edition pieces. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PTC Collectibles account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all collectible tags and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
